Leeds Hotels

Stayed in this hotel for a night. Was very comfortable and was expecting the place to be auwful from reading the reviews! But the room was spotless, the bed sheets were soft, new and the shower was nice and warm! There was no noise whatsoever even though we stayed on a Saturday night which is one of the busiest nights in Leeds. Highly recommend for couples who want a comfortable hotel to stay whilst getting value for money. - Gurdev

I stayed for 2 nights in July this year. I was early but still able to check in without fuss or penalty. The room was clean, well equiped and serviced promptly. I had to aquire a specific type of rose (City of Leeds) to take to a friend who lives locally, Natasha on reception called around several local florists to find the flowers for me and have them delivered to the hotel. Stayed for just one night & booked a single room on a B&B basis. Got a great rate after a bit of negotiation with reservations on the phone ! I thought i'd made a bit of an error when arriving to the hotel as it's not the prettiest of buildings but once inside, I completely forgot about the huge car park next door. Check in was quick & I was told that I had been given a free upgrade to a double room as it was my first time at the hotel. Nice touch !!. My room wasn't the largest do - Steve

My wife & I stayed in June 2009 for a couple of nights. The hotel is literally across the square (50 yards) from the Armouries museum (more about that in a minute). This new hotel was clean & well run by friendly & efficient staff. The continental breakfast was fine for us (cereals, toast, pastries, cheese & rolls, etc, with a good assortment of hot & cold drinks). Bar meals are served in the evening but we didn't try them as there are several restaurants & a Pizza Exp - Karen

we booked this hotel on the last minute,& really glad we did.Superb location.The hotel was really stylish.Fantastic room.we stayed in a executive room on 10th floor.everything you would want.Really spacious,clean,massive bed,wine & fruit in the room which was a lovely suprise when we returned back to the room.Breakfast was exellent.welcoming staff. - Alistair

I have stayed at Bewleys Leeds every week since March this year, it has so much going for it, 5 mins walk from city centre, or if you don't want to bother, an excellent Brasserie with the most charming staff, lively bar with good bar meals if you don't want a "sit down" meal. Full english breakfast that would set anyone up for the day, alongside lovely continental pastries etc.. reception staff always give a warm and friendly welcome, parking in the basement I always found a space. On check in, the staff were really friendly and helpful. I was able to park the car outside, check in and then go off to park in the subsidised car park just around the corner. The room was modern, tastefuly furnished and above all, really quiet. As I did not arrive until mid evening, I had room service and the food was delivered quickly, was reasonably priced and was very tasty. The hotel has a lively bar area. We got booked in by our office HR for a midweek stay. It's 5 mins from the train station, just on edge of Leeds centre. Walked in and wasn't sure what to expect. When we got to our 'rooms' it was great. You get a modern apartment instead of the usaul pokey hotel room. It was bright and spacious VERY clean and had all the mod cons of home. We didnt need things like the washing machine and dishwasher but I can see them being useful if you were staying with the family or a longer stay. Internet was - Brian

We stayed on a Sunday night because my partner had a gig, the hotel was in the perfect location, very clean, had all the little touches that make a hotel nice. The staff were pleasant and it was quiet through the night. Parking was close and the bed was comfy, and it's a lovely building too. I would definitely recommend staying there it was perfect for 1 night but I'd have happily stayed longer! - Jan

Really wanted to stay in York but this was a last minute break and after ages trying to find a family room, katie (she was great from hotelshop) managed to get us a deal at the ramada.Bit unsure after reading some of the reviews but had a fab stay.Staff were all friendly and very helpful, the room was clean and spacious with great leisure facilities. We used the hotel as a base travelling to york maze and surrounding attractions. We booked through hotelshop and would stay there again. - Wojciech

Situated on a ring road the location is great if you're in a car (or coach) and don't want facilities on your doorstep. The location puts you in easy reach of Leeds centre or wonderful countryside attractions and nearby Harrogate, leading to the breath-taking North Yorkshire Moors. Parts of the hotel could do with some refurbishment but the hotel is kept wonderfully clean. Value for money is great especially if you can take adavntage of the Ramada offers and/or their rewards system for repea - Stuart

I have stayed at the Jurys Inn Leeds now more times than I can remember, and will continue to return, this is because of the positive experiences at Leeds I now check if there are any Jurys Inn's where ever I go. Everytime l have travelled to Leeds I have been with a group of between 8 and 20 females, check in is always quick and the staff are extra friendly and helpful regardless of the large group. Our rooms always seems to be situation as close as possible which is alway a bonus when you ar - Donna

Had a fantastic night at the hilton. We had an executive room and it was lovely. We also had a very nice meal in the restaurant. I cant complain about anything with this hotel. It is also in a very good location for the night life. The spa facilities were good, but not the best I have ever been in. - William

I visited Leeds for a night out on the town with a mate and just wanted a relatively cheap hotel with good parking to stay at the end of the night. We booked a twin room at the Cliff Lawn hotel for £55 which was much cheaper than the centrally located hotels and parking was free, oh and it only cost £4.50 for taxi into the centre. The hotel has recently been renovated with just a small bit left to finish over the next couple of months which shouldn't affect guests. The hotel is very clean, b - Victoria

I came and stayed in the hotel for a weekend and from arrival to departure i had a brilliant time. I thought the style of the whole hotel was the best i have seen in ages-very modern but simple, particulary the bathroom and bedrooms. Above all the staff were extremly helpful and friendly. I particulary thought the hot stone cooking at the table was a brillant idea and tasted amazing.
