This was a really great place to stay during some unusually cold and snowy weather in Leeds. Clean, comfortable and warm, the hotel provided an excellent breakfast and has a cozy lounge to sip a drink in. We Were made very welcome, it was nice and clean and the room had easy chairs to sit is which is not always available. Lovely surroundings, nice spec,great food and lovely staff. all reviews »
Lovely Hotel, gardens very quiet but still close to city. Wi-fi. Nice atmosphere, pretty surroundings, location close to the University, clean.Friendly staff. Good breakfast cooked fresh. Warmth of welcome. Breakfast excellent. Room good. Price very reasonable. Bathroom very good. We booked a room for 3 adults and they gave us a double and a single for the same price. The bacon for breakfast was superb.A large airy room in an old house with well kept gardens and in easy access to buses and eating places.Peaceful environment. Good breakfast. Facilities good. Ample free parking, pleasant building with character. Good location for the university. Convenient and good parking. I could have used a small writing/computer desk: perhaps one could be put into the room if a guest wants one. Nothing . Nothing. Bathroom needed updating. Rooms very small, bed short (as always in England ;)). Hard to find in the dark.They charged me more then you quoted. Breakfast staff irrational behaviour.
