The staff were very friendly - The hotel was so close to the underground. The staff were so friendly and the service i like was great. we got clean towels everyday and and the room was comfortably. great for a short stay in the centre of london at such a good price which even included breakfast of coissant and toast juice and coffee.

The room we chose suited our needs. I was impressed that they could provide everything a person will need for a comfortable trip. It was cleaned daily.
Although the breakfast was one fixed menu, I had no issues with the breakfast provided.
The staff was very friendly. It is located very close to shops and eateries, as well as a tube station, making this hotel a good choice, if money is the determining factor.
Overall, I would stay here again.

Location! How much closer could you be to Shepherds Bush Green and Westfield. We chose the hotel because it was close to the O2 Shepherds Bush empire, but it was also very easy to reach from Heathrow and relatively close to the city center. We had a room on the top floor at the back of the hotel so it was a very quiet room, no traffic noise from shepherds bush road. Breakfast was good, and in the immediate surroundings there were several supermarkets and plenty of other places to buy food and drinks. It was weekend, got car space easily opposite to hotel, no charges for parking in London and no congestion, what else could I expect. 5 min walk to Hammersmith Station, by train 15 min to Piccadily. Had a great stay with very friendly staff.
The apartment is near Hammersmith station (about a 15min walk) which was perfect as we were seeing a gig at the Apollo.
Not knowing the area, the lady we met took the time to show us to the apartment herself which was really nice.
The apartment was spacious which everything we needed, great facilities.
