  Hotel in excellent location,2mins from Paddington tube and train station. Hotel is located on a quite street so no noise from outside which is unusual for a hotel in such a central location! No frills toileries and refreshments in room are all that's required and keep costs to a minimum. Asked for a quiet room and got one. Couldn't be more professional.

  The hotel is just awesome. I loved the location /close to Oxford street, near Easy bus stop/, hotel staff was really helpful and nice, lovely breakfast and clean and comfortable room.   NIcely equipped bedroom with an Incredibly comfortable bed and a really nice shower (a proper rain shower). The staff are helpful and friendly. The room service breakfast is very good, the "Montcalm breakfast" easily serves two and is then quite a good deal. Very good attention to detail to the smaller things. Outstanding cleanliness. Incredibly polite staff. The decor was superb, which coupled with the above gives weight to the 5 star rating
