  Assistance given by staff at the reception desk. - Room was clean, warm and comfortable with everything we required. The full english breakfast was lovely and well worth the money. Most of the staff were very polite and friendly. Would definately stop there again.

  The location was good, the price excellent, the staff very good - friendly and helpful. I asked for an extra blanket and got brought an extra duvet without any fuss. They were just very nice and each one I met gets 10 out of 10. I was in a single room and, while not being vast, it had plenty enough space.   This hotel was lovely. I had read reviews and was a bit worried about what people were saying.. For those of you wanting to book, please take my opinion as it is extremely reasonable. If you want huge rooms, pay more and stay in a five star hotel and stop complaining! Yes the room was small but it was exactly what I need; there was room for sleepi... what people say » ng, my suitcase, and yes I could still get around ( some reviews said they could not move in the room due to lack of space! Maybe they should lose som - Friendly staff, nice big bed with pure white linen. Lovely clean en suite with piping hot water. Television, coffee and tea making facilities, nice white towels and in a very good location for earls court and olympia (about 15 mins). Breakfast consisted of orange juice, tea coffee, cereals ,cheese ,ham croissant, toast and jam and yogurt. Would definitely stay here again and free wifi!

  it was very clean. the staff were most helpful. the room was amazing with tea and coffee making facilities, state of the art TV and superb bathroom. i would stay again without a doubt. - A very nice hotel, I was very pleased to stay there. Massively better experience than slightly cheaper hotels around in the same area.
