Guest house is spotless and I mean completely!! Maggie was lovely and friendly. I was working at King's Cross and this location was perfect for me as its only 15 mins on the tube from Tottenham Hale to KC. Rooms small but functional. Double bed was comfy. The kitchen had all the utilities you would require if maybe staying for a few days. Garden was lovely and table and chairs are covered by a canopy (perfect for smokers). I didn't hear any noise after 2230. I would definitely stay here again e

I thought this place was just great. It could not possibly have been cleaner and it was both comfortable and warm. I was welcomed and shown round. Everywhere looks as though it had just been fitted out. It was great value for money and although I may be doing myself out of an inexpensive bolt hole by urging others to go there: they deserve the business.
The street is quiet. The walk there from the tube is under 15 minutes. The WI FI worked well.

The interior of the hotel and rooms was clean, modern, and efficient. The hotel is not spectacular, but cleanliness and facilities were better than I expected. The attached pub is decent. Seven sisters underground is not far, and there are few other options in the immediate area. In all this hotel was better than I expected

I had a really lovely stay at Lawrence Road. Maggie was really helpful and friendly and the accommodation was great. My bed was comfy, my room clean and cosy and the kitchen fully equipped. Great communications with the one welcoming me. She was very nice. Also helped at night when I forgot the code to get in and everyone inside ignored me.

Very good price, extremely friendly and helpful staff, big and clean bedroom (much bigger than I thought). It's not even too far from the centre of London (even if the hotel is in Zone 3) and you have a tube station that you can easily reach by foot. I don't think you can find something much better at this price.
