  The Heart Apartments are in a great location on the outskirts of Manchester yet only a short tram or taxi trip into the city centre. Have previously stayed in the city centre and much preferred Media City UK. Very handy for the Imperial War Museum, great shops in the Lowry centre. Concierge staff are outstanding and can't do enough to help. - We had 2 bedroom appartment which was spacious and well equiped. I liked the fact there was tea/ coffee/washing up liqued and cloths. The linen and towels were excellent. certainly stay here agian on next visit to Manchester. Tram runs out from city centre and appartments only a few mins walk. Booth's shop round the corner has everything you would require for a stay. Lovely food and drink products.

  The hotel is relatively new, and it looks it; very new and crisp feel about all of the décor and the hallways, walls etc. The staff are very pleasant, professional and helpful. The young manager who helped us was really helpful. We ended up with a most luxurious room and really enjoyed our stay The dining room was very attractive and comfortable and the breakfast convenient and of a good standard.

  The apartment was just as advertised. It was very clean and spacious and had everything you needed for a short or long term stay. It was a little difficult to find but we were soon given directions over the phone.   Staff were very professional when communicating by phone, e-mail and face to face. Both Ziad and Prince were professional and made our stay very pleasurable. Ziad made us aware on everything in regards to our booking and Prince met us at arrival of our check in and showed us everything we needed including the flat facilities and what we needed to ... what people say » do when we was going to check out. This really helped as it made our stay stress free and it meant we could really enjoy the apartment and Salford Qua - Friendly helpful staff. Spacious accommodation, well equipped. I was upgraded and enjoyed the extra space. Compared to a hotel, it's great to have a proper sofa to sit and room to move around.

  the staff was really welcoming and friendly, they called to confirm our arrival time and were really quick and efficient.   We decided to stay at this hotel as is was close to Old Trafford. The view of the Salford Quay is stunning, especially at night time.   Due to the tram system in Manchester, we found it easy to travel from this hotel to the (Manchester) city centre in 10mins or less due to the hotel being situated at the Salford Quays. The hotel was being refurbished at the time of our stay & we were both impressed with the rooms for such a budget hotel on how clean & organised it was run.... what people say » Not luxury by no means but it was a budget hotel after all & we have no complaints about the staff or room for the price we paid for the 3 nights - The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room had a shower in it right next to the bed with air holes and as a female staying with two male friends I didn't feel comfortable, the staff were so happy to move us to a bigger room with a seperate shower room. The parking is only £3 per day which is very cheap and the hotel is very close to the tram into Manchester city centre.
