  We thought the hotel was excellent. It was clean, modern and very good value for money. The staff in the restaurant were especially helpful and friendly and the food was very good. This was the first time we have stayed in a Premier Inn but we will certainly use them again if they are all of this standard. - The staff were so nice and very helpfull... what people say » . they gave an excellent service.   Both cooked and cold buffet breakfast was really good quality. Customer Service. We arrived after midnight, whole area was cut off from mains water. Hotel provided all guests bottled water and a bucks fizz at breakfast to compensate, even though supply was reconnected by 7:30am. - A little piece of luxury in a great setting

  As a female solo traveller I felt very safe at this hotel which was important to me. I arrived at Wimbledon station and the hotel was very easy to find from there and only a few minutes walk. The lady on reception was very good and informative and even carried my case to my room which was ready even though I had arrived before the official check ... what people say » in time. My room was a small single with a shared bathroom - I knew this when I booked. The bathroom was only shared with the staff and so this was no - The hotel was so convenient for the centre of Wimbledon. I was able to walk to the hotel from the station, so no bother with taxis or buses. My room, although quite small, was comfortable with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, combined with the coffee making facilities and a tv I had all I needed for my stay. The breakfast was charged as an extra but it was well worth it. There was a choice of cereal and juices, tea or coffee, toast and any or all of egg, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes and baked

  Hotel Rafayel is a class act, it is grand design that mixes latest technology without being over bearing, and architecturally this is one of the finest hotels for the quality and the price I paid for. I took a suite and 223 is one great suite, it is huge and the facilities are immense. Five star hotel - I was very concerned as I had read few reviews about the location. I think location vise it on one of the best find, few minutes from my favorite haunt Blue Bird on the Kings Road. Locations is more than offset by unimaginable luxury of the rooms and the size of the corridors, immense public areas for a small hotel likes this added character and class to our entire stay. Very few hotels attract me to stay two evenings in a row for food and spa, this definitely did, will stay in future.

He said he would follow this up. - I stayed for 4 nights on business. I had a minor car park trauma (my fault) and was faced with telling a guest that i had hit their vehicle. I reported this to the reception and they could not have been more helpful - the Italian gentleman (i apologise i did not record his name) was very helpful and was the epitome of professional -thank you very much. The rooms were comfortable and everything you could need. I will stay again. Free breakfast, free wifi. what more do you need?

  We loved the size of the rooms and the fact that it was a suite set up, as this made it easy for our young son to go to bed before us.
