Moe and Jimmy were the nicest couple you could ever wish to meet.
Nothing that was asked for was any problem at all.
I only had one issue with the tv which was my own fault as I couldn't see the on switch right under my nose! Jimmy came and showed us where it was cheerfully and I didn't feel like too much of a muppet :-)

The hotel was ran by a couple who were more than helpful. On arrival one
of the bathroom lights were out and it got fixed straight away. The
rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable and we had a great view
overlooking the beach and south pier. It is a great location for the
Pleasure Beach as a couple of minutes walk away and right across the
road is the tram stop. The breakfast was lovely, was a full scottish and

Rooms were simply furnised but tasteful, beds were very comfortable.
Proprietors were extremely welcoming and helpful answering queries on where to dine etc.
Location is off a side street, we had no sea view but good location - close to promenade ,pie and pleasure beach -

The owners of the hotel were both really friendly and they would do anything that they could to help you. They gave us information on nightlife and restaurants. - How friendly the owners were. they could not do enough for you. The room, food, and service excellent. Would defiantly recommend it to friends.

Everything! Room was clean, staff were very friendly and made sure we always had everything we needed. Me and my friend Abbie got soaked from the rain at pleasure beach and staff offered to dry out clothes as we had nothing else to wear and were given jumpers from Sophie (a staff member) to borrow until they were dry. First impressions whete great nice clean lobby and staff where very helpful letting us store our luggage and carrying it up the stairs for us. Room was excellent. Very clean and beds where super comfy. Towels and tea an coffee where provided along with shower gel and handwas. Only bad thing was the bathroom had a really funny smell sometimes like the drains where blocked. Room was spaceous for 3 girls. Definatly stay again

Bill and Mary were very pleasant and very good with our 3 boys aged 9,10 and 12 producing for them an excellent breakfast entirely in accordance with their requests. They allowed them to try out a guitar and Bill was happy to play for them when our Jake asked him to.Very comfortable rooms. -

Wayne and Dawn were very helpful . We had taken our 14 month grandson to see the lights and nothing was too much trouble. Dawn even cooked his evening meal so that he did not have to eat junk. -

Rick and Kath are delightful hosts. We arrived after a nightmare journey - Rick was on the doorstep to welcome us, carried our bags from the car, recommended a fabulous local Indian restaurant and ordered the taxi to take us there! Unbelievably peaceful weekend break, especially given that we were but a few minutes' walk from Blackpool Pleasure Beach. Lovely, clean room and superb breakfasts.
