  Kath and Rick are very friendly and helpful. Very easy to feel at ease and comfortable with its relaxed atmosphre. It is a 5 minute walk from the pleasure beach and the sandcastle water park. 5 minute tram ride into town. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was gorgeous and Kath wil cater to your needs if you are vegetarian ect! cant wait to... what people say » go back asap! - We all as a group thought this hotel was good value for money, a hearty breakfast in comfortable surroundings, a few min walk to the sea front. I think the friendliest and most welcoming guest house we have ever stayed in at Blackpool

  the swimming pool and jacuzzi were excellent the entertainment at night was first class especially as I had children with me who were entertained as well - This hotel was always great growing up. Best thing about going to blackpool was staying here.

  Made to feel very welcome upon arrival. Hotel was incredibly clean, room was of the same standard. Room was well heated, bed very comfy, shower and toilet were immaculate.   Me , my wife and my 1 year old child stayed in this hotel during this weekend and I must say after reading an above review - I was very reluctant in booking this hotel! But because of the amazing price which was literally a bargain during this festive month! I finally went ahead with a weekend booking! And I must tell you it was the best decision ... what people say » ever! It's an excellent hotel with excellent service!! Fantastic hosts who are so helpfull and the room we stayed in was spacious enough for 3 of us - Extremely satisfied with the location just 2 min walking distance from the pleasure beach, south shore and the train station. We recieved a very warm welcome from the owner . He helped us find parking on time and assisted us with our bags.the staff was friendly , efficient and helpful. The rooms were good sized according to the price that we paid.the bathrooms cleaned and tidy with washed mats. The white bed linen was cotton fresh and clean.we had a quite and sound sleep and great early breakfa

  We liked the location of the hotel. It was easily accessible from the tram and close to shops and other amenities. Even though they were in the middle of renovation, we were given a ground floor room, and not inconvenienced. - Been to this hotel before, and will definatley use again.
