Whole hotel was great, clean and tidy my room had a new bathroom fitted and i was very impressed. Beds were very conformable and room was furnished well. The breakfasts were amazing and the owners made me and my young daughter feel very much at home. I will definitely been returning.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and the furnishings and beds were very comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent and very good value for money. The lounge area was lovely and the furnishings were modern and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful when approached, especially the barman. The hotel is in a very central position on the promenade so it was an ideal base to explore Blackpool and the surrounding area.

I would recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Blackpool. I stayed with 6 friends for one night and couldn't fault it. Having travelled plenty and stayed at top hotels I wasn't expecting much for the price we paid and figured it would be somewhere that I would have to grin and bare for one evening. How wrong I was. we could not find a fault with anything in the guest house maria who runs it could not have been nicer she attended to our every need when we arrived she greeted us in the car park it was not full so she even gave us an extra room at no extra cost which made our stay a lot more comfortable for a family of four herself and bill put on a lovely breakfast every morning for ourselves and the other guests i would recommend it 100%

The breakfast was lovely and cooked fresh and we were in a great location right by the sea and amusements!
