  Moe and Jimmy were the nicest couple you could ever wish to meet. Nothing that was asked for was any problem at all. I only had one issue with the tv which was my own fault as I couldn't see the on switch right under my nose! The piers, beaches, - The hotel was ran by a couple who were more than helpful. On arrival one of the bathroom lights were out and it got fixed straight away. The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable and we had a great view overlooking the beach and south pier. It is a great location for the Pleasure Beach as a couple of minutes walk away and right across the road is the tram stop.   We stayed 05/08-12/08/13 in room 8 which is a family room. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The kids bunk bed were in a inter-connecting room with tv etc so the privacy at night was a bonus! The staff were all brill and made us feel very welcome at all times. We were asked every day if we needed anything and queries were tende... what people say » d to instantly. The breakfasts were very good and quick. The games room is idea when with chidren as you can wind down in there before bed with a game - I enjoyed staying in the hotel they were super friendly with the children the food was fantastic the room was very clean and efficient and the staff were very welcoming we as a family would definitely stay there again in fact we are going back in the summerfor longer this time. This hotel definitely deserves a five star for a wonderful service and hygiene.

  It was turkey and tinsel week (we were unaware when we booked). Comfort was excellent, food was brilliant, table served and a different menu every day with a choice of 5 starters, main courses and deserts. Entertainment in the evening was great and got everyone involved. They gave us information on nightlife and restaurants. - How friendly the owners were. they could not do enough for you. The room, food, and service excellent. Would defiantly recommend it to friends.

  Everything! Room was clean, staff were very friendly and made sure we always had everything we needed. Me and my friend Abbie got soaked from the rain at pleasure beach and staff offered to dry out clothes as we had nothing else to wear and were given jumpers from Sophie (a staff member) to borrow until they were dry. Thanks - First impressions whete great nice clean lobby and staff where very helpful letting us store our luggage and carrying it up the stairs for us. Room was excellent. Very clean and beds where super comfy. Towels and tea an coffee where provided along with shower gel and handwas. Only bad thing was the bathroom had a really funny smell sometimes like the drains where blocked. Room was spaceous for 3 girls. Definatly stay again

We arrived after a nightmare journey - Rick was on the doorstep to welcome us, carried our bags from the car, recommended a fabulous local Indian restaurant and ordered the taxi to take us there! Unbelievably peaceful weekend break, especially given that we were but a few minutes' walk from Blackpool Pleasure Beach. Lovely, clean room and superb breakfasts.
