  Everything! Room was clean, staff were very friendly and made sure we always had everything we needed. Me and my friend Abbie got soaked from the rain at pleasure beach and staff offered to dry out clothes as we had nothing else to wear and were given jumpers from Sophie (a staff member) to borrow until they were dry. Thanks - First impressions whete great nice clean lobby and staff where very helpful letting us store our luggage and carrying it up the stairs for us. Room was excellent. Very clean and beds where super comfy. Towels and tea an coffee where provided along with shower gel and handwas. Only bad thing was the bathroom had a really funny smell sometimes like the drains where blocked. Room was spaceous for 3 girls. Definatly stay again

  We booked terrys guese house end of september for my birthday, at first by looking at the B&b u wouldn't think much but once we got in side and met terry he was a lovely friendly man! Our room was really nice and we felt very comfortable! If we was to ever go blackpool again would love to stay there, very good price .. :) :) - room for the night

  Lovely location in residential area just one street back from promenade and less than 5 minute walk to Pleasure Beach. Owners friendly and very efficient. Breakfast was excellent and so was bar meal at night. We had our dog with us and she was very welcome in hotel.   A really nice place, needs a bit of updating, but the owners have this in hand and they have only been here for 8 months. Spotless clean, beds comfortable, bar/lounge area really good and so child friendly, sweets, xbox and ps3 as well as a pool table.
