  Everything This was our sixth two week stay at your hotel. We would not consider staying anywhere else as l,ong as you will have us. The staff was fiendly and made us feel welcomed - So close to the Victoria Theatre and Tube station it was unbelievable! A very enjoyable stay!!

  We stayed in the hotel part but met backpackers in the bar. It was clean, friendly and in an easy spot to get around with buses and tube stop within a 3 minute walk.   The Hotel was of a good clean standard with friendly and helpful staff. The room was very pleasant, clean and cheerful, not large but we have had smaller in London. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was warm. (The weather was bitter cold during our stay!) The breakfast (continental)was also plentiful with a good choice. We would definately u - Location! A short walk across Kensington Park to the V&A Museum and other great collections. Good tube connections to Queensway Station just a few minutes walk away in a "safe" area of London. Good shopping and eating locally or a couple of stops away on the tube. The continental breakfast is simple but adequate with reasonable quality product on offer. Despite my adverse comments I would short stay here again. I have seen worse hotels in the area and the management of the Troy should raise

  The reception was very accommodating. The room was quite small for 4 persons but very neat and manageable. Fixtures were in excellent condition. - we have stayed in elysee hotel about 9 times and have always found it to be excellent in all ways even before it was refurbished

  We stay at lancaster gate as a family of six. we loved the location unlike some other guests reviews i did find the apts to be clean i alway wipe surfaces when ever i stay in hotels etc and i found all the surfaces kitchen,dinning table,bedside cabinets etc to be clean. as well as bedding.the apt are nice with a little touch of luxury but they mus... what people say » t keep up with the maintance. - In my party of friends there was 5 adults and 2 children the youngest being 2. Our welcome was very warm and friendly. The beds were comfortable, the apartment was reasonably clean and was nice and toasty which after spending the evening in Hyde Park at Winter Wonderland was great!!!The location was perfect. I have already recommended it to friends.
