The staff were relaxed, friendly and efficient - As I´m working in a hotel too, then I really had prejudice in the beginning and I tryed to be as critical as I could be.   The location was excellent for the theatre , shopping the tube and buses as well as walking . Every thing that you could have needed as a traveller were with in a stone throw of the accommodation. - All of the staff was very friendly! The apartment was in a great location and felt very safe.   I lived in this hostel from 15 till 27 of April 2013 and I would recommend it, because the location is perfet, 5 min from the tube, rooms are clean and staff is very friendly!
