  the staff were friendly. we got upgraded for free when we arrived which was a nice surprise. the room was clean and the king size bed was amazing. the breakfast was also very nice. good location. - Very friendly staff at front desk who upgraded our room when he heard it was our 1st wedding anniversary.

  I read a few negative reviews about Pestana London on letsbookhotel.com and on TripAdvisor. I'm not one for writing reviews but decided I should do this one. This hotel was a completely different experience from the negative reviews. The Deluxe king room I stayed in on the 9th floor was perfect and had a lovely view over Battersea park just like I... what people say » requested. The staff was very helpful and even when I needed to do some ironing, all I did was call reception and an ironing board and pressing iron - It was value for money, bed rooms spacious clean and very comfortable beds the lovely white leather coutch in room added elegance and comfort.Breakfast was good luckily we paid for breakfast on chek in it was 12.50 per person. I took it positively the distance from the tube sloan square about 15 mnt fast walk half hour slow but it is a good thing we need excersise i considered it my GYm work out for the morning to walk with bags to the station surely we need this walk thus everything was just g

  We arrived at 9 am and were given a room at 10:30 am and the reception staff were trying to get the room ready ASAP and in the meantime we were asked to wait in the club lounge while the room was being prepared.   We searched long and hard online to find a good, affordable hotel in central London. This one is it (along with the Nadler, a few streets east).   The hotel was wonderful we couldnt have asked for more. The staff friendly and helpful, The lobby beautiful and clean and very plush looking. The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. The only thing I could find any fault with is that the bathroom was small but even then it was a lovely bathroom so we didnt mind too much.Very good locati... what people say » on aswell. The breakfast is excellent and the restaurat is very nice. The position of the hotel is also very central (few steps from Oxford circus) I would certainly go back there.

  Close to Paddingtion station, the room is clean, excellent service - it has the most courteous staff. Well-trained and really good-mannered. I arrived really early (due to my early flight), and they let me check-in anyway because there was a room available. This is what I call considerate and flexible service. Some hotels would stick to their check... what people say » -in time regardless! - The hotel was very modern, with very cclean and well set-out rooms. It was nice to have a separate shower and bath and also a separate toilet. The room was very well sound proofed given its proximity between Paddington station and the dual carriageway. Plus the pool, gym and sauna was a bonus. Highly recommended for those arriving at Paddington station.
