  The staff were fantastic. Very helpful with directions and giving us extra toilet paper and washing powder when we ran out. I also asked for a drying rack for washing as I don't like to use the tumble dryer and when we got back to the apartment it was all set up. The rooms were clean, nicely furnished,but a bit small and you couldn't open the wind... what people say » ows at night when sleeping due to the city noise. The kitchen facilities were ample with a nice large fridge. The apartments are within zone 1 in Aldg - These apartments are modern, spotless and spacious, with all the fittings and facilities you need for a perfect stay. For the money I don't think you could do better. I stayed here nearly 3 years ago and was thrilled; I was not disappointed this time as things are still outstandingly clean and fresh, spacious and comfortable. Having a washer/dryer is fantastic when you are away for a while too! Also convenient for the tube and in zone 1. I highly recommend these apartments; I cannot fault them

Requests were dealt with immediately and we even got a tour of the hotel as we were interested in the history and architecture. The location is ideal.   The front desk managed to get us rooms when we checked in at 10am after arriving straight from the airport. Another plus point was the close proximity to both Bank and Monument tube stations as well as Liverpool Street Station. There's a nearby Sainsbury and Tesco Metro stores for added convenience. The Superior rooms are superior in size andcomfort. In-room coffee/tea is wonderful-free coffee in lobby evenbetter.
