Due to bad weather and a change in plans, my husband made the booking over the internet for myself and my teenage daughter as we arrived in Edinburgh late at night. He chose the Bank Hotel as it had a late check-in. We were not sure what we'd find, but we were welcomed by very friendly, helpful staff, who offered to carry our suitcase up the three flights of stairs to our room. - Anonymous

Staff very helpful, we left our bags in hotel until check-in and were able to have late check out for only £20 extra. Breakfast on go great idea and great value for money. Will definately be back as perfect for train station and shopping. Hotel is very clean and rooms are lovely. All staff very helpful and we even had our evening meal in bar which was good value too. Hope to be back soon and will book into Jurys Inn Hotels in other parts of country if possible, big thank's for lovely stay. - Sheila

The location is superb! I was impressed with the variety of the breakfast selections. The hotel offered a 20% discount on the parking garage, which was only 1 block away from the hotel. - Anonymous

After reading the reviews,we didnt have high expectations but for us we just wanted a place to put downs our heads for the 2nights we were there.But i have to say the room was immaculate and was way above our expectations. We were right over the three sisters pub but the noise didnt bother us.I would highly recommend it to students or anyone up for the nightlife there. - Kristina

Very close to Princess Street with its many shops and eating places,with the train station a short walk away. Food was good and the staff very friendly and helpful, the lounge area was warm and inviting and the rooms clean and comfortable. - Robert

The price was unbelievable. We would not have been able to afford the standard price of £250 plus an extra £12.50 for breakfast had it not been for LetsBookHotel.com. As it turns out we paid £65 including breakfast, so we are very happy. The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were a good size and clean. - Scott
