    This is the third time I've had an overnight stay at this hotel in about 6 weeks. It is superb value for money. Very modern/contemporary design - clean and unfussy. Rooms are designed with the younger traveller in mind and are clever with space. I was most impressed by the service at this hotel - friendly, reliable, quick. Staff could not have been more helpful - this was proven furth - I use the Sleeperz hotels quite frequently and the service in the Newcastle Hotel is by far the best service I have ever seen, Hotel staff are superb and really made me feel welcome, even the security gaurd in the evening was very welcoming and friendly. I checkeed in earlier that expected with no additional charge, room was spotless and an excellent view over the centre. Excellent team working in this hotel. I look forward to my next stay in this hotel the first weekend in May.

    Comfortable room, albeit small. Nicely appointed shower room. Great view from window. Excellent location. Pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. Really good breakfast.     The hotel was in a great location which meant we could walk easily to shops, restaurants and bars. The hotel room was really good, it was modern and really clean. Also we found the staff helpfull and really friendly. The best bit was the facilties the hotel offered, we used the restaurant for breakfast and meals and then the lesiure suit was a grea... what people say » t way to start the morning. - I only stayed one night but the hotel staff, especially room service who were quick and efficient bringing everything from ice buckets to ironing boards were very helpful. The pool attendant was also very helpful in his manner and advice as to what to see and do in the city and the pool and leisure facilties were spotless and a joy to use.

    All very good. Check-in was easy, staff were helpful. Room was clean, comy and good size. Staff in bar and restaurant were very pleasnt and helpful. Surroundings were pretty good too. We ate in the restaurant. The food was fresh, good portions and good value. Breakfast was excellent. Good hotel, great value for money. Very friendly and helpful reception desk in particularly the girl at the reception (unfortunately I can't remember her name) who was very helpful when we needed help on a couple of occasions. Excellent location right next to Tyne bridge. Everything you need shopping, dining, entertainment within walking distance! We enjoyed our stay there.

    We had travelled to Newcastle to visit some friends last minute and hotel selection was limited. I noticed Hotel Indigo had good ratings and reviews and decided to take a look, it looked amazing if not a little above my budget. Very nice t - Hotel was amazing from checking in to booking out. Interior design was 5* in our opinion. Modern contemporary and extremely comfortable. Bedrooms were fabulous, from decor to complimentary refreshments, bathrobes right down tho the Aveda products in the bathrooms. Cocktails are a definite must, as is food, especially breakfasts which we enjoyed in bed. Last but definitely not least .... The Staff... 5*++++++++ could not do enough for us and nothing was ever any trouble they definitely were the

    This place is excellent value for money. It's about 5 mins from central station and about 5 mins from the gate and night life. Room was perfect. Had telly and provided towels for everyone. Shower was amazin. Very powerful. Staff v friendly and obliging. The warehouse bar is class. Decent breakfast in the Mornin and food is decent for what you pay ... what people say » for it. As hostels go this is definitely the best I've stayed in and it's location was ideal. We were there for the great north run and it was close t - The staff were lovely and the ware rooms bar below was lively yet also great fun. Breakfast was standard continental but you can get a fantastic fry up for £6. We were a hen party and the bar staff found us our own room for some party games and were very accommodating. If you want to mix with other groups and are happy to make friends with the other guests, this is the place to be. It's ideally located for the quayside and the shops and for a budget holiday / weekend it's great x

I loved the site - by the river with wonderful views (especially at night), The hotel building was lovely - very attractive/welcoming exterior, wonderful interior design - very different and homely at the same time.     The staff were aware that we were not a hen or stag party and put us on a higher floor to avoid the noise and we did not hear a thing. The staff on reception were very friendy and provided us with a lot of information about Newcastle.
