The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean and well supplied with thoughtful extras: TV. Wi-Fi, hot drink facilities, hairdryer and hair tongues, bottle of water and toiletries. Very nice freshly cooked breakfast. Very close to bus stop with regular, swift service to the city centre.

Isabel and Harry were the perfect hosts. On our arrival, seeing my husband had a disability our room was immediately changed to a first floor room from a second floor room, without even asking. Molly and Roxy the family dogs were adorable and very friendly. We have no problem recommending and staying here again, fantastic.

The room - 4- was very comfortable and tastefully furnished.(the 'detached' en suite was managed very well and we appreciated the robes)

My cooked breakfast of smoked salmon, cream chees and bagel was delicious! Just right :-)
My husband went for the full Scottish and he was equally pleased.
