The welcome was warm, the room was clean and had all the attributes of a 4* hotel, plus some. A warm comfortable bed and the room was very quiet, I probably had the best sleep for weeks. The breakfast good as you get at any 4* hotel I have stayed in up and down the country. A Great B&B, and a warm welcome to boot. I will be seeing all again soon I hope. Isabel and Harry were the perfect hosts. On our arrival, seeing my husband had a disability our room was immediately changed to a first floor room from a second floor room, without even asking. Molly and Roxy the family dogs were adorable and very friendly. We have no problem recommending and staying here again, fantastic.

The location of the apartments was excellent, five minutes to the town centre. Tesco express at the top of the street, take always and two local bars within two minutes walk from the apartments. The beds must be the most comfortable beds our group have slept in. Spotless and comfortable really impressed and would recommend these apartments to anyone wanting to stay in Edinburgh.

As I was alone in the room it was fine. but 3 people in this are definately will not work. The area itself is soso. The owner is very easy going, trying her best to provide you with the best living experience. Clean and comfy room which is more than I bargain for. I wish Abbotsford Guest House can appear in other countries so I don't need to spend time searching for a good hotel anymore. Breakfast is nicely made. I see no drawbacks at all! Totally worth it!
