Central London location, close to Hyde Park and Royal Albert Hall, although not that close to any tube station. I had a single room with ensuite, which was nice. Can access rooms via a lift, which is good. There is a walk to breakfast, but not a problem. Liked the communal atmosphere - the uni bar is at the bottom of the courtyard and people sit around on the grass enjoying a beverage.

Freedom of movement. Helpfulness and freindliness of reception staff. This was our second stay at your hotel and, will certainly stay there again. thankyou. However, would be a nice gesture if on booking with you, you could recognise the name and address of guests that have stayed with you before, and thank them for booking with you again, I am sur
... what people say » e it would add an extra touch of friendliness. - It was a lovely room, large, airy and very quiet. A bit hot late evening as due to the hotel's location the air-conditioning has to be switched off over night. We rang reception and asked for a fan and it was delivered to our room within 5 mins. The staff were all helpful and very friendly, and the decor and cleanliness of the room and the hotel was excellent.

On our arrival and departure of the hotel we found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Our room was located at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor. The room key / card was a little tricky at first to use but after some visual instruction from the hotel staff found it ok to use, (just need to get the card in the correct position for the scanner

I loved the location of the Abba Queensgate hotel; the neighborhood is very charming and a bit off the busy streets. I was also amazed at the size of the room; being a frequent traveler, I do not expect space in a London hotel room, but this hotel was very spacious and well appointed, which was lovely for our family of 4 sharing a family room. I loved the wooden floors, and the modern touches in the hotel which were interspersed with traditional embellishments of the original building. I wou

On arriving at South Kensington tube station, we followed the directions towards Imperial College and after a straight forward check-in we were directed to our room which although small, was absolutely fine. It was immaculate and had plenty of storage space, a comfy bed, fluffy towels, a desk with two bottles of water, a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar

The location was superb as a base for sightseeing London and shopping (Harrods in walking distance!). Great for families wanting to visit the museums as they are on its doorstep (museums were fantastic!). The rooms although small are modern, clean and have opening windows, and nice ensuite shower.
Staff friendly and breakfast menu offered a lot of choice.
Everything was in close proximity to bedrooms, (refectory, swimming pool, bar and restaurant).
Value for money, could not fault it during o
