Our apartment had recently been refurbished to a VERY high standard. By far, the best value for the money in London. The staff is available 24 hrs. a day and were very friendly and efficient. I would like to keep this the best-kept secret in the city but that wouldn't be fair to all the other travelers out there!

They may only have been open a few weeks but they've hit the ground running thanks to the top quality experienced staff. Booking know how extensively I stay in hotels and can honestly say this reception has been the best ever - The location was quite good. You can walk many different sides of the City just in at most 15-20 min. The room was large enough and well equipped for such a hotel.

  I really liked everything. The staff from the first contact with the doorman to the receptionist and the waiters not forgetting room service were all excellent.
