  The location was excellent. Easily accessible by public transport on the bus and tube lines. The room I got was able to accommodate 8 persons. Breakfast was simple of bread and croissants. - Location Being able to relax with thanks to private bathroom, TV and comfortable bed.

A lot of folks are giving it a bad review because the carpet is worn, the room temps aren't climate controlled and, yes, the bathrooms are micro-sized. But I like to sleep cheap, eat well and be in a good part of town. If you don't mind climbing stairs, this is a great place for those who don't want to spend a fortune on lodging in London! Just leave your high expectations

I really liked the fact that there were proper ceramic cups to have tea or coffee with in the rooms, as so many hotels only provide paper ones & importantly for me, there were 8 little milk cartons, as opposed to the usual 1 per person. The biscuits to have, with yo... what people say » ur beverage, was a lovely touch, also. The breakfast was lovely & was served very quickly, which really suited me,as I had to get a train. The sta - We liked that we could have a family room with five beds which saved us having to book 2 rooms in other hotels. The staff were accomodating and friendly. The breakfast was good and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We also liked that they looked after our luggage when we checked out so we could enjoy another day in London without having to take our suitcases with us. Overall excellent value for money, ideally situated for Paddington station, around the corner there is a tour bus stop,

  From Paddington the hotel was extremely easy to find. The Staff were very polite and helpful. The location was great for the purpose of the trip which was to see the sights of London. - Clean comfortable room, friendly staff, excellent price. Perfect location for our theatre weekend.
