  i have syayed in a lot of hotels because of work, and this was the most comfortable clean and with very accomodating and friendly staff worth every penny - The stay got better the longer we were there. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.

It was a magnificent and beautiful Reception. The Receptionist was lovely and attended to every need. Then we got to the room and it surpassed all expectations. I've stayed in hotels in Manchester for 20 odd years now and this hotel is the best.

  Loved everything about the apartment it was exactly what we wanted in fact stayed in quite a few apartments around Manchester and this was by far the best and will definatley be booking to stay again......in fact sooon as we left we booked to come back the following weekend x - the staff were helpful with booking requirements and was very friendly ... what people say » when we arrived. the place was spotless and we saved money on taxis because of its central location

Very relaxing - Close to all main attractions and train station. Staff very warm and friendly. Bar and restaurant very well stocked. The level of services provided left us wanting for nothing.
