  My partner and I recently stayed 6 nights at One Leicester Street while in London. We loved everything about it. You could not be more centrally located - it is right in the soho/chinatown area and a very close walk to most of the West End. Even the toiletries and mini bar were well - We booked this hotel for our wedding night and arrived quite late to find the lift broken. My (new) wife is pregnant and the staff were wonderful. They were really concerned, carried our bags up, upgraded us to another room on a lower floor so that we had less stairs to climb and gave us a discount on food and drink. We especially appreciated that they had shower facilities for us to use since we arrived several hours before our room would be ready.   We were very impressed with this hotel. The hotel is very new, and running smoothly. Service from the front desk was exceptional as we were warmly welcomed and provided with a lot of information about where to go in Soho, and London for our weekend. The location is fantastic on a quiet but lively street with bars and restaurants, just off Dean St and an easy wa - Excellent location in Soho, just south of Oxford St. (Shopping), east of Charing Cross Rd. (Bookstores), and north of China Town (good food), Liecester Square (half-price theater tickets), and a whole slew of West End theaters. Very helpful staff at Reception. They gave us good restaurant recommendations and booked us a Mercedes to Heathrow that cost less than a black cab. When I asked for more coffee and ultra pasteurized milk for the room, they loaded me up. We spent a lot of time searching

  We stayed here whilst my husband ran the London marathon and the location was perfect! (A minute walk from mile 25!). We only booked a basic small double, but it was large enough, very clean, the bed was amazing, the bar very stylish and although we were at the back of the hotel....which may be for the more basic rooms (and our view was of other b... what people say » uildings), it was absolutely peaceful at night! We slept with our window open and we couldn't believe we were in central London! We have already booke - Club Quarters is a brilliant choice to make if you are in the city for a short time and want to take in as much as you can. The location is superb. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. Free WiFi ( worked beautifully ) made our lives easier....charting routes, train timings, directions etc etc. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Simply loved the chilled water outlet and the Guest Services cupboard available for guests . a very thoughtful gesture by the hotel and much apprecia

Even though our room was at the front the shutter system meant we had virtually no noise or light at night, so we had a good nights sleep.
