Every thing that you could have needed as a traveller were with in a stone throw of the accommodation. - All of the staff was very friendly! The apartment was in a great location and felt very safe.   My partner and I recently stayed 6 nights at One Leicester Street while in London. We loved everything about it. You could not be more centrally located - it is right in the soho/chinatown area and a very close walk to most of the West End. Even the toiletries and mini bar were well - We booked this hotel for our wedding night and arrived quite late to find the lift broken. My (new) wife is pregnant and the staff were wonderful. They were really concerned, carried our bags up, upgraded us to another room on a lower floor so that we had less stairs to climb and gave us a discount on food and drink. We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant and by their own initiative the staff gave us detailed information about the suitability of menu items for pregnant women and how they coul

We especially appreciated that they had shower facilities for us to use since we arrived several hours before our room would be ready.   We were very impressed with this hotel. The hotel is very new, and running smoothly. Service from the front desk was exceptional as we were warmly welcomed and provided with a lot of information about where to go in Soho, and London for our weekend. The location is fantastic on a quiet but lively street with bars and restaurants, just off Dean St and an easy wa - Excellent location in Soho, just south of Oxford St. (Shopping), east of Charing Cross Rd. (Bookstores), and north of China Town (good food), Liecester Square (half-price theater tickets), and a whole slew of West End theaters. Very helpful staff at Reception. They gave us good restaurant recommendations and booked us a Mercedes to Heathrow that cost less than a black cab. When I asked for more coffee and ultra pasteurized milk for the room, they loaded me up. We spent a lot of time searching
