From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the warm friendliness of the reception staff then taken in to the lounge area for a drink and some afternoon tea. We stayed in the Arch on September 2013. Everything was perfect, very comfortable rooms, clean, location was great and very good service. We had to do a late check out and they were very nice and arranged everything we needed. Very good gym facility. Additionally all the soft drinks are complimentary and nespresso machine and tea available in the room, very convenient. Definitely recommend!

Front desk staff extremely nice and helpful. Street and neighborhood are safe and quiet, yet within 10 minutes walk of three tube stations, Kings Cross, Euston Square, and Russell Square. Rooms may be small, and stairs narrow, but you can't beat the charm of this historic building and neighborhood. The room was small but clean and comfortable, it was ok for us as we only needed it to sleep in. The hotel was in a good location and handy for getting around London as it was close to tube stations and bus stops. Breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to our friends.

Arrived very early from a very long flight and allowed us to check in straight away. Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels. Perfect location in a very quiet area but very close to King Cross station. Many nice restaurants and pub at 5 minutes walking. Also British Museum and University of London are at only 10 minutes walk. The room is small but very clean and efficient, with good free WIFI and a coffee machine. This must be the fifth time we've stayed here. It's very convenient for St Pancras International and located within easy reach of several interesting shops, restaurants and the Brunswick Centre. Staff are friendly, the breakfast portions generous and the rooms comfortable and clean. -
Great location, right near tube stations, very cheap, nice room and bathroom (although it is small). Great hot breakfast - they catered for us as vegans. We left a cable in the hotel and they posted in on to our next hotel in Germany for free which was really nice. Staff were great.
