Our accommodation was actually a townhouse over 3 storeys just yards offthe royal mile. It was fantastic-clean and well equipped and would nothesitate to recommend it. In fact we plan to use it again very soon. Avery big plus point for us was the ability to park the car beside thehouse which is a big plus especially in edinburgh where parking is onthe whole horrendous. - Elaine

The apartment was excellent, spotlessly clean and we were very impressed with the layout. It was very quiet with no night time noise and in an ideal location for exploring Edinburgh. Would definitely stay there again. - Anonymous

Staff very helpful, we left our bags in hotel until check-in and were able to have late check out for only £20 extra. Breakfast on go great idea and great value for money. Will definately be back as perfect for train station and shopping. Hotel is very clean and rooms are lovely. All staff very helpful and we even had our evening meal in bar which was good value too. Hope to be back soon and will book into Jurys Inn Hotels in other parts of country if possible, big thank's for lovely stay. - Sheila

It is a very clean, comfortable hotel, close to the center of Edinburgh. My room was very spacious, with great bathroom. Very tasty breakfast was delivered to my room at no extra cost. I appreciat their environmental policy of recycling and the selection of fair-trade teas, coffee and biscuits. - Anonymous

The location on the Royal Mile was perfect for our stay, within easy reach of the things we wanted to do. It was easy to drive too, with easy parking behind the hotel. It was also easy to get out of Edinburgh from this location. With this in mind I will be using this hotel again for future visits to Edinburgh. - Anonymous

Due to bad weather and a change in plans, my husband made the booking over the internet for myself and my teenage daughter as we arrived in Edinburgh late at night. He chose the Bank Hotel as it had a late check-in. We were not sure what we'd find, but we were welcomed by very friendly, helpful staff, who offered to carry our suitcase up the three flights of stairs to our room. - Anonymous
