  I asked them not to be on the first floor after reading the comments and they gave us a nice room on the upper floor. Receptionists are very kind. Nice bar just next door. Common kitchen on each floor. Good price for a nice stay. - for London area the price was reasonable. Facility was basic 'hostel' but clean.   Excellent location. Very easy to find from Greenwich DLR station, so good public transport links into the centre, coupled with plenty to see and do in and around Greenwich itself. Doesn't try to do too much, just concentrated on doing what it does well. And generally succeeds. - Staff was very kind and welcoming. When there was a problem they fix... what people say » ed it with a smile. Location is very nice with things to do in Greenwich, very close to the DLR and railway for trips to London center. I really enjoyed my stay there (6 bed mixed dormitory)

  I liked the friendliness of the staff who did go that extra to help out. The bar food was reasonably priced for London and of good quality. The half price first drink was extremely welcomed after a long day. Free wifi good. Breakfast adequate. Lots of seating in the lounge area. Overall, as hostels go - fabulous experience. - staff very nice

  Mo at the reception is a really nice guy. We arrived early and he still made sure our room was available for us ASAP. We had a double room which was very nice and clean. The hostel had a lift which was amazing after spending a lot of time lugging bags up many flights of stairs. There is a bus stop out the front of the hostel which takes you strai... what people say » ght to Waterloo station (by the London eye and Southbank). Takes 20minutes and it is also a 5 min walk to the closest train station. The hostel was qu - The staff was incrediblly nice, everyone was very helpful and polite. There are bus stops in front of the building, the Rotherhithe underground station less than 10 minutes away, it's located in a residential zone so it's a very quiet and safe place. I had previously read a review that said it was scary to walk from the underground station to the hostel, but let me tell you even though it's mostly a desserted area at the late hours of night, it's very safe, so don't worry about that.
