    Truly excellent. We were upgraded to a 2 bed suit which was superb but event at the full price it will not disappoint. Can not rate the facilities, location and gardens highly enough. - The rather grand entrance sets the scene for the hotel, clean, modern and classy. Friendly staff made our stay most pleasurable.

    The Adria hotel is amazing. The decor was beautiful, the room was a great size and the bed was very comfortable. Everything is immaculate. Free soft drinks in the mini bar. All the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. You get proper service in the Adria.     The design/decor of room and common areas, comfy bedding, great lounge area... would have loved to stayed longer. Plush bedding and pillows were perfect as was the overall decor. Room on 5th floor was also very bright and quiet. This is an intimate hotel, away from the madding crowds and located in a lovely neighborhood which doesn't seem overrun ... what people say » by tourists even though it is short walk from the V&A and Hyde Park etc. - staffs are well trained and exellent service. specially concierge is very helpful and kind, also reception is sincere and friendly. Breakfast price is reasonable and if we would like to have full english breakfast, we can ask anything. Locaton is good for shopping, dinning, and close to V&A musium. Toward Knightsbrigde, we can walk through Wolton street which is interesting.

    the staff were friendly. we got upgraded for free when we arrived which was a nice surprise. the room was clean and the king size bed was amazing. the breakfast was also very nice. good location. - Very friendly staff at front desk who upgraded our room when he heard it was our 1st wedding anniversary.

    The Hotel is in a very central location, close to the station, whish was very important for us as we did not hire a car. - I was in a brand new room, so it was very clean and in good condition. Location to underground station (Gloucester Road) is excellent.
