The rooms were typical Premier Inn-so you know what to expect and you know the quality to expect (Good).     The people in the reception were very friendly. They allowed us to check in early. The room was clean and in perfect conditions. In fact, this hotel looks like a 4-5 stars hotel. It felt more like a family hotel than a chain hotel (and I mean that as a positive comment.)     I didn't arrive until 11.30 pm because of a delayed journey from London, however the person on duty was very helpful. I requested an iron and iroing board at 7.30 am the nextmorning which was brought immediately.
