Initially I was given a smoking room, so I returned to reception to comment (not complain) & the member of staff immediately allocated me another room on a different floor. This happened to be an upgrade as well, so I was even more impressed. All the facilities I used were at or beyond my expectations. It was fantastic the fact that we were able to leave our luggage with you for a couple of hours till check in time, most hotels do not offer such a service or if they do there's a charge. The room was very clean and modern and the bathroom was tastefully decorated. The Staff were very helpful and friendly.
