The hotel was easy to find, as I arrived at the Birmingham train station (about 15 minutes walk).
At arrival, staff was friendly and check-in straightforward and quick.
They gave me big room with a double-bed, with a modern decoration in the 8th floor. A great desk and office chair for work with laptop was available. A generous LCD with relatively good variety of British TV programs. The room was very quite, no noises interrupted me at sleep.
Breakfast quality was compatible with paid amount.

The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was great. The hotel was clean and I had left valuables in my room (forgot to put them in the free safe) and the cleaners did not steal anything. This hotel is right in the centre of Birmingham so location is great. The staff were very helpful with giving tips for best overnight parking. Check in was very easy and quick. The room was a decent size and very clean, a typical Premier Inn room. The bed was very comfortable (firm, which we like) and we had a peaceful nights sleep, in fact we didn't hear anything at all. Shower was really hot and powerful. Definitely stay again.

A good hotel in ideal location to Birmingham New Street station.
After my very disturbed first night I went to the Reception desk next morning and asked if I could be given another Room where I was likely to be able to get a good nights sleep. The receptionist was very pleasant & most helpful.
She kindly arranged for my Room to be switched to No.310. This proved a huge improvement and I slept soundly all through Saturday night. I was very grateful.

My mum and i stayed at this Premier inn as we were going to see Bon Jovi at Aston Villa FC, we really liked seeing the banners of Bon Jovi on arrival. The receptionist was very helpful and booked a taxi to the venue. I have to say i would stay with them again and all the people in Birmingham were very pleasant and helpful.
