I have stayed at the Manor Hotel for the past 4 years and have always thooughly enjoyed my stay there, the staff have always been very friendly and helpful. the hotel itself has recently had a facelift and been redecorated etc, not that there was anythng wong with the old decoration, rooms are lovely and cosy. Noticed the price of a twin room had i... what people say » ncreased by £10 this year. - I can't fault the hotel on anything at all. Staff all polite, helpful and friendly. Food was delicious and plentiful both at breakfast and when I chose to dine there in the evenings.

We stayed at the Ashfields Hotel for 6 nights in early September. The hotel is a comfortable and very practical option for staying close to all the central parts of Llandudno. Where it really scores is in it's welcome; Sue and Andrew couldn't have done more for us in terms of friendly service and were able to supply us with all the information ... what people say » to make sure we had a wonderful stay in the area. Absolutely fantastic hotel and owners, Gwyneth even came out to greet us after we telephoned to say we were lost. Breakfast was cooked to order andthe romm was very very good, they recommended great places to go and couldn't have been more helpful, the hotel was really well presented and we both really enjoyed our time there. This was the cleanest B&B I have ever stayed in. Pristine condition everywhere. I liked the parking availability. Beds were super comfy. Breakfast was excellent. Lovely place to stay. Ideal for the Promenade/ Theater and shopping. Friendly staff. -

Everything was clean and fresh, we had a lovely room, a bay window looking to the right you could see the sea. The bed was really comfy and the en-suite was a reasonable size. Steve did the breakfasts which were excellent, I wanted to take a photo but thought that would be a bit sad. Trish served it up and was so nice to speak to, they had no help ... what people say » but all was perfect. Would go back and recommend the hotel to my family and friends. The owners were very friendly, I arrived at 1.15pm and my room was ready, I originally booked a twin sea view , then changed to a double with a sea view without hassle. The location was ideal for the theatre. The staff were very friendly we were offered a room at the top and as there was no lift we asked to be moved which was no problem at all we were moved to the first floor.The food was very good and the hotel was ultra clean.Would definitly stay there again.
