Really lovely guesthouse, we stayed in Room 1, which was beautiful and spacious. With a four-poster bed and en suite bathroom. The guesthouse owners were very friendly and made us feel at home. The location was perfect, about 10 minutes from the pier/shops and bars/restaurants, but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet at night. Parking was brilliant, lots of space on the street itself, very safe. Its also about a 5 minute walk from the tram ride up to the Great Orme, an amazing day out. The

The outside compared to others in the area can be deceiving but don't let it trick you.
From the moment we walked in we felt walcomed, shown to our room which was upgraded free;) Perfect quiet location, only a short walk to the main streets. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! -

The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were well equipped with Molton Brown toiletries which is always a bonus. Nice corner bath too.
A few of us dined in the restaurant Sunday. Food very good as was the extensive wine list. The staff and owner were very friendly so will definitely return again.

I cannot commend the staff at the Quay enough, they were so helpful and polite and did their best to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. The food in the bar/lounge was excellent, it was simple food but done to a high standard in my opinion. I would definitely stay here again, the 24 hour room service was very useful too. We loved everything about this hotel. The owners could not have been more helpful, from advice about the local area, helping us get a table at a restaurant to helping us with a car problem. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotless, roomy and very tastefully decorated. Breakfasts were really good. The hotel is centrally located and a very short and easy walk to many restaurants and pubs and to the pier and beach front. Could not recommend this hotel highly enough!
