  I cannot commend the staff at the Quay enough, they were so helpful and polite and did their best to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. The food in the bar/lounge was excellent, it was simple food but done to a high standard in my opinion. I would definitely stay here again, the 24 hour room service was very useful too. I loved the cocktail bar up... what people say » stairs and the baby grand piano!. - We enjoyed two lunches, the pool, the beautiful views from our room and the prompt response when we were stuck in the lift due to a malfuction just prior to checking out . This will not stop us staying there again in the future .We had a wonderful weekend .

  A lovely hotel with a very welcoming atmosphere . The staff were really helpful, when we had a probem it was dealt with quickly and in a friendly way. Both the bedroom and bathroom were clean and spacious. The cooked breakfast was delicious. - Good food, friendly staff, good location,good sized bedroom

  Superb location. Friendly and helpful staff. Good self-catering facilities with option for bought full breakfast and meals. Childrens corner and lawns to play on. Only12 minute steep walk downhill to Castle and Town. A bit longer coming back! - First every time in a Youth Hostel, so impressed with Conwy YH, we had a family ensuite room, clean... what people say » , very comfortable. Lovely staff, always smiling and helpful. Great setting and facilities. Would definitely recommend it and go back again.
