We have a dog molly and the staff could not have been more friendly.We had all our meals in the hotel and every meal was 1st class. The room was large and very clean. Could not ask for a better place to stay, as a matter of fact we have booked again for a break in October. -

The owner, his wife and other staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to advise us on places to go, eat, etc.
The hotel was central to the town and away from the beach front which meant that it wasn't as busy or noisy as other hotels.
We particularly like LLandudno as it was full of independent shops, different from main towns.

Room had a lovely sea view and close to town and was walking distance to Orme and tram ride to summit. Weather was beautiful and a lot going on with the Victorian Extravaganza weekend. A very warm welcome and a beautiful single room at the top of the building with stunning views of the sea and bay between the Great Orme and Little Orme. It was veyr nice to have a quiet separate breakfast room from the large coach parties. The choice of breakfasts was amazing. The large secure parking area was a real bonus. All in all, an excellent hotel with real value for money. Thank you!
