  letsbookhotel.com definitely helped with planning a large group weekend in London. We had about 10x people total and were able to book 2 apartments together near the Picadilly area. Upon arrival the staff met with us on time and at the location with all the information needed. Additionally, there were extra keys since we had quite a few people. Excited abo - Although we booked 33 Villiers apartments the week before there was a ploblem with the apartment. Immediately the company Lifestyle informed us and offered another apartment at Meridian House which was an upgrade. I cannot fault the service they gave, the apartment was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The location excellent. It was a birthday treat for my wife and with a couple of friends had a great time. Thanks. Geoff.

  Everything! Everything was fabulous!! We were met from our taxi by the doorman who asked our surname, which he repeated into his lapel. We walked through the revolving doors and were met by a lovely lady who greeted us by name and showed us the hotel and finally to our room.   Me and my husband came for valentine day and had a wonderful time at the hotel.We really enjoyed the use of the pool and jacuzzi.The room was very comfortable even though we had a likage in the bathroom,the staff dealt with very professionally. - The staff were extreamly hospitable and friendly, I would definatly staythere again!

  Lovely clean modern studio. Microwave, kettle and toaster. No windows but not a problem for us. Met by a very nice lady and given a number to contact if any problems.( but had none) Gave us advice on transport. Camden Town short walk away and bus stop yards from entrance. Will stay here again when visiting London.
