Food in restaurant cafe was first class. Rooms well stocked with necessities and towels etc replaced frequently. Friendly reception staff. We stayed in triple room which although was quite compact, was lovely and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Adequate supply of drinks. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Fruit juice, cereals and toast. Hot food consists of eggs, beans and mushrooms, no meat. The location was ideal for sight seeing, a 20 minute walk

room since my husband and I took my mother for her birthday and it was a
little small but very doable since the room had adequate storage. The
beds and bedding were very comfortable. Breakfast was included. Staff
was very friendly. They checked our card at night when we entered to
make sure we were guests.

The rooms were both lovely but the best thng about the hotel was the
staff they were friendly and so helpful they really made our stay
comfortable nothing was too much trouble. We left a couple of personal
items behind and Sergei located them though house keeping and mailed
them on to us. We had cockatails in the bar after dinner out and they
were superb and the atmosphere was great.

Its basically next to Churchill hotel of the most famous hotels in london plus its about 100 meters or less from Oxford street. - Super attentive service from check in to check out.
