excellent location, you could get on a bus right outside the front door which could take you straight to oxford circus, or walk 5 minutes and get the tube.
the room was lovely and spacious, more than enough room for 4 of us, and the kitchen was an added bonus.
the front desk staff were friendly and very helpful!

This was our second reservation and all was very good. The room was on the street level and most helpful. The breakfast was great. - Basic room with en-suite, but comfortable. Polite and friendly staff. Although only 1 night stay, I would return again. 3 min walk to Paddington station.

Location is outstanding, on a very quiet street of all small hotels with a park the length of the street. Very close to Paddington. Good pubs and restaurants steps away from hotel.
