  The staff were pleasant and helpful especially Ausra on reception.. We have stayed in a lot of more expensive west - end hotels, and this hotel compares with them.. The free car parking was a bonus in London, and the tube stations were close by...The buffet breakfast was very good, and we would have no hesitation about coming to this hotel again..H... what people say » ighly recommed - The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Finchely Road tube station which makes it very convenient to get into the city. Rooms are very good size and everything is very clean. Front desk staff were all very helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to London. Good value for money!

  Staff friendly and very helpful. Pleasantly surprized by the size of the room (family room) especially for London. Clean. Good breakfast. - My main concern staying in a less expensive hotel was cleanliness however I had no problem with this.

  The staff was very nice. From the email I had sent before requesting a quiet room with the wifi (was in London for an exam) to the minute I arrived. Arran (I think that was his name) was so friendly and nice. The room was a double bed, it wa a small room. But I've stayed in a few London hotels and that's the normal. The bed was actually super com... what people say » fortable and the pillows were lovely! I'm not sure we're they memory foam but they were very comfortable. The shower was lovely with loads of hot wate - The location is very strategic and highly accessible to anywhere, everywhere via the Underground Tube which is about 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. There are also couple of restaurants between the tube and the hotel which we could catch a bite or have our meals while on the way back to the hotel. The hotel room is cosy and clean. Breakfast was good with a fairly reasonable spread of food. The staffs were great and makes me feel at ease, as if I was at home. Highly recommended :)

  We stayed at ABC HOTEL for 4 nights in SEPTEMBER and were quite impressed with this small hotel. It has been updated and staff were very helpful. The rooms don't have air conditioning, but they do have fans. We stayed in #10 which is in the back of the hotel and very quite. My only complaint about the hotel was the weak hair dryer (but this type o... what people say » f hair dryer is very common in England). The hotel is within walking distance of the Paddington tube station and train station (which has Heathrow Exp - I have used several times to Heathrow Airport before and after use. In the difficult London, this hotel is a high satisfaction to find a good hotel an affordable price. 5 minutes from Paddington Station, the room is not too narrow, corresponding pleasant shower room, staff, and continental Breakfast with normal, there is no particular complaints. Number of rooms is not many, probably because of the convenient location, that the system does not suit a lot throughout the year, I recommend reserva

  The staff was extremely cordial and efficient. We arrived early and we were able to leave our bags. When we returned a while later in the afternoon our bags had been taken to our room. The room was small but well supplied and we had a view of the street from the 4th floor. Close to Paddington Station. Easy access to Heathrow Express train. Buffet breakfast adequate with provision for hot food at additional cost. We flew out in the evening but were able to leave luggage at the Hotel after check out at no additional cost. It allowed us to continue sightseeing until 4.00pm on the day of check out.

  Particular thanks and complement to the young lady at the reception. Booking know how extensively I stay in hotels and can honestly say this reception has been the best ever - The location was quite good. You can walk many different sides of the City just in at most 15-20 min. The room was large enough and well equipped for such a hotel.
