The staff were amazing nothing was to much trouble , my husband was in Bristol hospital and we come from Cornwall the staff told us what buses to catch where from etc times I was so great full and if I needed the room for another night just let them know from sheenabough -

Nicely presented apartment, quite, clean and comfortable. 10 mins walk from cabbot circus, 5 mins walk from the train station 15 walk mins from the bar, nightclub. You have everything you need close to hand. Would deffo stay again the next time we're in Bristol. -

We walked through the door to be greeted with mince pies and mulled wine and a friendly and festive welcome to us and our grandchildren.
The member of staff who checked us in understood our needs (my husband is disabled) and those of our grandchildren and put herself out to ensure these needs were met. The hotel was busy but we felt we were treated as if we were the only guests. We expect Mariott's to be comfortable and clean,

I chose a serviced let for a change to staying in a hotel. The accommodation was comfortable and everything you needed was available. It was clean and spacious just as in the photos, I could cook a meal when I wanted and most important what I wanted. Excellent hotel - given the budget room price, wasn't expecting too much, but a very well-presented hotel. Room was large and comfortable, good bed. Staff helpful and professional, good bar and restaurant. Very convenient location for shopping in particular - across the road from the Cabot Circus shopping centre and the rest of Bristol's main shopping district. Cinema, restaurants etc all very close. Train station 10 minutes' walk.
