The staff was kind and efficient. Complimentary wi-fi was a nice facility that you cannot find free in many hotels of this standard in London. Rooms were fairly large enough to stay and relax.

  We booked this hotel for a visit to the Chelsea Flower Show. The hotel was very easy to find and only a short walk from South Kensington tube station.   The hotel was close to the tube and several museums and shops. The hotel staff, especially Lawrence, were very helpful about getting around, etc. - The staffs are very very friendly and helpful. They are probably the most welcoming people we met in London..
