  Staff are v friendly, great location, FAB breakfast!!! As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a smile and the receptionist was very helpful in telling us the info about the hotel, we got to our room and were taken aback by the size of (we stayed in the executive room), lovely air conditioning so you can set the room to whatever temp is best f... what people say » or you. I cannot big the breakfast up enough, there is soooo much choice and you can have as much as you want! Overall a fantastic stay! - a stone's throw from camden market and tube and very quiet and nice areathe staff were very helpful and pleasant

  Its a really lovely modern apartment and lots of room for a large group. It was very clean, with all of the mod cons that you need for self catering. Its such a great location to get into the city and also good shops, bar and restaurants close by. Its close to Camden Town station, only about 3 minutes on foot, which is really convenient. Very close to the metro and in a great location with lots of bars and places to eat.

  After reading reviews I was nervous, so knowing that we would be arriving after 10pm I emailed ahead to ensure our room would be kept for us. I received a prompt reply and was assured it would be. I booked this for myself, mother and bridesmaids as we were traveling from Northern Ireland over for dresses for the BM's. On arrival we were checked in... what people say » without issue and escorted to our room. We had a Luxury Suite sleeping 4. The sofa was already set up as the second bed and everywhere was clean and - We chose this area because of its close proximity to a relative's home but any traveller would find the nearby Tube very handy. For us, being able to park was a real bonus. The rooms were warm and clean and the basic cooking facilities were adequate for our breakfast needs. Not an apartment in which you would want to spend most of your time but representing good value and for drivers the free parking is a blessing.

  very good location, nearest tube station only minutes away.hotel was very well presented there is ample car parking and it's outside congestion zone. we parked car for over 24 hrs for £14 which although high was better than the thought of driving into london city and trying to find space or using a nearer hotel to our theatre, having to pay the cha... what people say » rge and putting car into multi story. the hotel room was spotless, the food was very good although some items were not availible, the breakfast was ex - Room was on the ground floor. Although it was a room for disabled there was no feeling of being in a room for people with special needs. In fact the room was large, the bed was comfortable and we would stay there again. The heating system didn't work but on mentioning it to reception an electric heater appeared within minutes. Excellent position and we enjoyed the walk up the high street.

  The reception guy we met twice over the two days we were there was a consumate professional yet at the same time, sincere and gave us a lovely warm welcome !! The complimentary water we got while waiting briefly to book in was a very nice touch. They upgraded out room, provided us with free wifi, make excellent suggestions about where to eat and what all to do. I can't say enough about the staff and the amazing rooms! They were luxuries an the beds were extremely comfortable! The location was prime as well, close to the Camden market, great resturaunts, and a close metro stop! Loved the stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and use it for future traveling to London!

The staff were very helpful and friendly! Highly recommend the breakfast (main reason we always book a Premier Inn :) ), we also had dinner on the first night which was very good value for money! Will definitely come back here to stay next time we are in London which hopefully won't be too long away as we never got the chance to see everything we wanted!
