  Everything was awesome. Really nice little kitchen, shower etc. Nice bed. All china/cutlery included. Very clean, very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent value for money. Tube stop down the street. Will go again. - Great location, helpful staff, very clean and tidy room- had everything I needed and I would definately stay again.

  We had a great time at this hotel. We booked the hotel as it was so close to the royal albert hall and was a little concerned about the some of the negative reviews the hotel got. (old,need of refurbishment etc). But this hotel was the best we've stayed in london for the price. 1.   The best hotel I have stayed so far in London. This is my second stay at this hotel and it won't be my last. This hotel is in the Bayswater section of London which is my favourite area of London just a short walk from 2 underground stations (Bayswater and Queensway), and 400 mts from the Hyde Park´s north entrance. Very kind and courteous front desk s - Good value for money. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet offered a big variety and the food was excellent. But what makes the real difference to similar places in this price range is the cheerfulness of the staff, be it at the front desk or in the breakfast room. They really made me feel at home. Especially Alba and Daniela can make your day just with a smile.

  On arriving at South Kensington tube station, we followed the directions towards Imperial College and after a straight forward check-in we were directed to our room which although small, was absolutely fine. It was immaculate and had plenty of storage space, a comfy bed, fluffy towels, a desk with two bottles of water, a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar... what people say » and milk. The bathroom was also small but it too was immaculate, and had plenty of storage space as well as providing mini soap's and shampoo's. Once - The location was superb as a base for sightseeing London and shopping (Harrods in walking distance!). Great for families wanting to visit the museums as they are on its doorstep (museums were fantastic!). The rooms although small are modern, clean and have opening windows, and nice ensuite shower. Staff friendly and breakfast menu offered a lot of choice. Everything was in close proximity to bedrooms, (refectory, swimming pool, bar and restaurant). Value for money, could not fault it during o

  Closeness to subway and cleanliness - The location is absolutely marvellous! The staff is friendly and helpful. My room was cleaned every day, towels and all stuff changed daily as well. Breakfast is ok, it's good they added cheese to the menu:) Didn't have it 6 months ago. Stayed here three times in 6 months and think will do in the future.

  The receptionist were friendly and always smile when they saw us. We got the basement rooms as we booked three rooms and requested for the rooms to be closed to each other. I am happy that the hotel were able to fulfill this request. We really love the modern design of the rooms. Wifi was free and it's very fast too. Excellent hotel at an affordab... what people say » le price. :) - I thought the staff were welcoming and helpful. The location was exceptional and the apartments were excellent value for money. I opted for an apartment because they were better value for money than a hotel. I will be visiting again sometime in the future and have advised people i know of 73 apartments.
