  Very friendly lady on reception; lovely clean comfortable room, very spacious. Very clean bathroom! Would definitely recommend, and stay there again! - The friendliness of the staff on reception and easy distance from New street Station. We will certainly stay here if we visit Birmingham again.

  The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful when we needed anything. The room was, although tiny, was very clean, with the bed being very comfortable. The hotel was a 5 min walk from the theatre, and 10 mins away from town centre, which was very handy. With a early check in at 12 and check out 12 the next day, this was very good value for ... what people say » money. We did enjoy our stay at the hotel. - This hotel is a must if you are staying in Birmingham. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, cosy and clean room, delicious buffet breakast and great location to the city centre. Highly recommended.

  This was my second stay here (and I've booked for a third in September) and it was as good as the first time. Friendly staff, good food, nice beer and a very clean and comfortable bed. - The staff were very pleasant and very helpful. Also they were cheerful. The room was nice and clean, but was a bit to hot for me.
