  The hotel was in a great location, we stayed there not only for that, but also because it looked great for the money. We weren't wrong, the facilities are excellent, staff very helpful, and the room we had was exceptional, much better than your boring Premier Inn. As we had our 1 year old with us, we'd requested a cot, this hadn't been communicat... what people say » ed to the hotel via letsbookhotel.com, however the staff were more than happy to source one and brought it to our room within minutes, very impressed - Ive stayed in many hotels in the centre of Birmingham but for me this hotel outshines them all for £99 you get a great room in the centre of Brum near the shops, near the nightlife without the Noisy sleepless night of Hyatt Crown plaza and Jurys Inn. I cannot fault this place if it is a touch more dearer than some other hotels you will only regret not paying to stay here

  Warm welcme and friendy staff, Very good room,clean, excellant bed and spoitless bathroom. No noise. Parking on site ,a litte tight and limited..mini bar ,but you have to ask for it too be filled!!!! - great location great price amazing spa and swimming pool room was huge and had all you could ask for.
