We weren't wrong, the facilities are excellent, staff very helpful, and the room we had was exceptional, much better than your boring Premier Inn. I cannot fault this place if it is a touch more dearer than some other hotels you will only regret not paying to stay here

I stayed in the queens room, which I got on letsbookhotel.com at a cheap rate ( just like the ad, ha ha but true) . With the queens room the continental breakfast was free, fresh and in the executive room. Which was calm cool and quiet. I hear the full cooked breakfast was £25 pounds, but I was happy with the range of fresh bread , ham on the bone, cheese, and all the bits you would expect.

  Check in is electronic, and the staff not only helped us do the computer work, but also allowed us to drop our bags early, and tagged them so they couldn't be taken by anyone but us. The staff were very helpful with giving tips for best overnight parking. Check in was very easy and quick. The room was a decent size and very clean, a typical Premier Inn room. The bed was very comfortable (firm, which we like) and we had a peaceful nights sleep, in fact we didn't hear anything at all. Shower was really hot and powerful. Definitely stay again.

We've travelled all over the world and wouldn't have expected that kindness even from a 5 st - My mum and i stayed at this Premier inn as we were going to see Bon Jovi at Aston Villa FC, we really liked seeing the banners of Bon Jovi on arrival. The receptionist was very helpful and booked a taxi to the venue. I have to say i would stay with them again and all the people in Birmingham were very pleasant and helpful.
