  CLEANLINESS - Very good hotel for the price paid. Very clean and helpful friendly staff. Very good location. I booked a single and got a double instead, and so I had so much room. Shower spacious and good water pressure.

I really liked the fact that there were proper ceramic cups to have tea or coffee with in the rooms, as so many hotels only provide paper ones & importantly for me, there were 8 little milk cartons, as opposed to the usual 1 per person. The sta - We liked that we could have a family room with five beds which saved us having to book 2 rooms in other hotels. The staff were accomodating and friendly. The breakfast was good and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We also liked that they looked after our luggage when we checked out so we could enjoy another day in London without having to take our suitcases with us. Overall excellent value for money, ideally situated for Paddington station, around the corner there is a tour bus stop,

  From Paddington the hotel was extremely easy to find. The Staff were very polite and helpful. The location was great for the purpose of the trip which was to see the sights of London. - Clean comfortable room, friendly staff, excellent price. Perfect location for our theatre weekend.

  The staff was very nice. From the email I had sent before requesting a quiet room with the wifi (was in London for an exam) to the minute I arrived. Arran (I think that was his name) was so friendly and nice. The room was a double bed, it wa a small room. But I've stayed in a few London hotels and that's the normal. The bed was actually super com... what people say » fortable and the pillows were lovely! I'm not sure we're they memory foam but they were very comfortable. The shower was lovely with loads of hot wate - The location is very strategic and highly accessible to anywhere, everywhere via the Underground Tube which is about 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. There are also couple of restaurants between the tube and the hotel which we could catch a bite or have our meals while on the way back to the hotel. The hotel room is cosy and clean. Breakfast was good with a fairly reasonable spread of food. The staffs were great and makes me feel at ease, as if I was at home. Highly recommended :)
